Winter Policies:
Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the lodging cost within 24 hours by credit card or within 10 days by check. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Destination Resorts Vail will retain, as liquidated damages, $50 per bedroom or loft for any cancelled nights if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival; 50% of the cost of the cancelled nights if the reservation is cancelled between 59-30 days prior to arrival; 100% of the cost of the cancelled nights if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. During holiday season, Destination Resorts will retail $50 per bedroom or loft if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival; 50% of the cost of the cancelled nights if the reservation is cancelled between 60-90 days prior to arrival; 100% of the cost of the cancelled nights if the reservation is cancelled less than 59 days prior to arrival.
Summer Policies:
Reservations require a deposit of one night room rate due within 24 hours by credit card or within 10 days by check. Final payment is due upon arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival, any payments received will be refunded minus $25 per bedroom or loft. Destination Resorts Vail will retain, as liquidated damages, one nights room rate for any cancellations within 14 days of arrival or for any no-shows or early departures.
