Group rates depend on many factors: availablity, time of year, number of people, number of condominiums, type of condominiums/property, nature of retreat, time of booking and length of stay.
Which building is most frequently reserved by groups?
This depends on what type of group it is. For groups looking for nice accommodations, with price not being a major factor, the Landmark Tower and Westwind are highly recommended. For groups looking for moderate accommodations and maximum bedding, the moderately priced Landmark Townhouses & Enzian are a perfect fit. For groups looking for an economical option, the Vail 21 is often quoted.
May I still book through my travel agent or tour operator if I am organizing a group trip?
Of course! Have your travel agent or tour operator contact our group sales department and receive a group rate quote, which will then be forwarded on to you via the travel agent/tour operator.
Will I receive discounted ski lift ticket rates for a group booking?
Yes, if you have at least 20 people with the same lift ticket starting date. Discounts vary by time of year (some holidays may be excluded) and must be ordered at least three weeks in advance.
Are there meeting facilities available on property?
Yes, we have a 550-square foot conference room available for groups of up to 30 people. This may be open for small meetings or welcome receptions depending upon availability of the room.
