Group vacation rates depend on many factors: availability, time of year, number of people, number and type of condominiums, nature of retreat, Vail activities included, time of booking and length of stay.
Which building do groups reserve most frequently?
This depends. If price isn't a major factor for your group retreat, the Landmark and Westwind are highly recommended. For groups or families looking for accommodations with maximum bedding and a moderate price, Landmark & Enzian are a perfect fit. For groups looking for an economical option, the Vail 21 is often preferred.
If I'm organizing a group trip, may I still book through my travel agent or tour operator?
Of course! Have your travel agent or tour operator contact our group sales department for a group rate quote which they can forward on to you.
Will I receive discounted ski lift ticket rates for a group booking?
Yes, if you have at least 20 people with the same ski lift ticket starting date. Discounts vary by time of year (some holidays may be excluded) and must be ordered at least three weeks in advance.
Are there meeting facilities available on property?
Yes. We have a 550-square foot conference room available for groups of up to 30 people. This may be open for small meetings or welcome receptions depending upon availability of the room.
